§ 33-15-114 — Commercial use of state property

Colorado·Title 33 Parks and·Art. Law Enforcement and Penalties -
It is unlawful to operate any commercial business or to solicit business on any property owned or managed by the division without first obtaining written permission from the division or the commission pursuant to this title 33 or any applicable rules promulgated by the commission. Any person who violates this section commits a class 2 misdemeanor.
