Text
It is unlawful for any person
to operate a motor vehicle on any property under the control of the division in a
careless or imprudent manner without due regard for the width, grade, corners, or
curves of, the traffic on, or the traffic regulations governing public roads and
without due regard for all other attendant circumstances. Any person who violates
this section commits a civil infraction and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a
fine of one hundred dollars.
