Text
(1)Every
parks and recreation officer, every peace officer of this state and its political
subdivisions, and every person commissioned by the division has the authority to
enforce the provisions of this article.
(2)The division is authorized to enter into cooperative agreements with
federal land management agencies for the purpose of regulating off-highway
vehicle use on federal lands.
