§ 33-14-113 — Operation of snowmobiles on private property
No snowmobile
shall be operated on private property other than that owned or leased by the
operator or except when prior permission has been obtained from the owner,
lessee, or agent of the owner or lessee. Any person who violates this section
commits a civil infraction and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of one
hundred dollars.
