Text

The commission is authorized to make funds appropriated by the general assembly for the purposes of this article available to local governments and nonprofit organizations in accordance with criteria developed by the committee and adopted by the commission. The committee shall advise the commission of its recommendations for the allocation of such funds among participating local governments and nonprofit organizations.
