§ 33-10-112 — Federal aid projects income fund
There is hereby created a fund
designated as the federal aid projects income fund to which shall be credited
certain revenues and earnings derived from properties purchased and operated
jointly by the United States government and the state of Colorado under the
provisions of this article, and the provisions of the acts of congress referred to
therein, and the rules and regulations of the United States department of the
interior. Such revenues and earnings so credited shall be limited to those specific
revenues and earnings to which each has a right under the provisions of cooperative
agreements establishing such rights. All moneys credited under the provisions of
this section are specifically appropriated for the purposes for which such moneys
may accrue.
