(1)In addition to their salaries, all employees of the division shall be reimbursed for all actual and necessary expenses incurred by them in the discharge of their official duties.
(2)In addition to the compensation paid employees of the division and in addition to reimbursement for all actual and necessary expenses as provided in subsection (1) of this section, each employee of the division who is vested with the rights and powers of a certified parks and recreation officer, including the chief enforcement officer and the assistant chief enforcement officer, shall, because of the number of hours and the extraordinary service performed by such an employee, be further reimbursed for maintenance and ordinary expenses incurred in the performance of his duties in such amount as sh
