There is hereby created a fund
designated as the federal aid projects income fund to which shall be deposited
certain revenues and earnings derived from properties purchased and operated
jointly by the United States government and the state of Colorado under the
provisions of sections 33-1-116 to 33-1-119, and the provisions of the acts of
congress referred to in this article, and the rules and regulations of the United
States department of the interior. Such revenues and earnings so deposited shall
be limited to those specific revenues and earnings to which each has a right under
the provisions of cooperative agreements establishing such rights. All moneys
deposited under the provisions of this section are specifically appropriated for the
purposes for which such moneys may accr
