§ 33-14-116 — Other operating restrictions
(1)No person shall operate a
snowmobile in a careless or imprudent manner without due regard for width, grade,
corners, curves, or traffic of trails, the requirements of section 33-14-110 (3), and all
other attendant circumstances.
(2)No person shall operate a snowmobile in such a manner as to indicate
either a wanton or a willful disregard for the safety of persons or property.
(3)No person shall operate a snowmobile while under the influence of
alcohol, a controlled substance, as defined in section 18-18-102 (5), C.R.S., or any
other drug, or any combination thereof, which renders the person incapable of the
safe operation of a snowmobile.
(4)No owner shall permit such snowmobile, while under his control, to be
operated in violation of the provisions of this article.
