Text
The provisions of section 10-3-1104 shall not
prohibit the sale and issuance by life insurance companies of contracts providing
for payments which vary directly according to investment experience in connection
with the sale and issuance by such life insurance companies of other forms of life
insurance and annuities as are provided for in this title.
