§ 10-1-113 — No seal required on policies
All policies or contracts made or
entered into by any domestic company may be made with or without the seal
thereof. The policies or contracts shall be subscribed by the president or such other
officers as may be designated by the bylaws for that purpose, and shall be attested
by the secretary, and, being so subscribed, shall be obligatory upon such company.
