§ 10-1-115 — Penalty
If any insurance company or any agent of any such
company violates any of the provisions of section 10-1-114, the commissioner has
the power and is authorized to revoke the certificate of authority of any company so
offending or to cancel the license of any such agent who violates any provisions of
section 10-1-114.
