§ 10-1-112 — Policy conditions required by other states
The policies of a
domestic insurance company, when issued or delivered in any other state, territory,
district, or country, may contain any provision required by the laws of the state,
territory, district, or country in which the same are issued, anything in this title
(except article 15) and article 14 of title 24, C.R.S., to the contrary notwithstanding.
