§ 10-4-1404 — Multistate insurance risks - choice of law
Where the exempt
commercial policyholder operates in more than one state, the policy may include
provisions within the insurance contract that determine disputes arising from
claims handling and procedures, cancellation of the policy, or nonrenewal of the
policy, which disputes shall be governed by the state with the largest percentage of
premiums charged under the policy.
