§ 10-4-1310 — Privileged communications

Colorado·Title 10 Insurance·Art. Property and Casualty Insurance
There shall be no liability on the part of, and no civil suit for damages shall arise against, the association, the commissioner or his or her authorized representatives, or any other person or organization for any act or statement made in good faith by them during any proceedings or concerning any matters within the scope of this part 13.
