§ 10-4-1308 — Examinations
(1)The commissioner shall make an examination
into the affairs of the association at least annually.
(2)The evaluation shall include information on the administrative costs of
operating a free-standing residual market mechanism as well as the need for rate
adjustments necessary to make such mechanism entirely self-sustaining.
