§ 10-3-553 — Ancillary summary proceedings
The commissioner, in the
commissioner's sole discretion, may institute proceedings under sections 10-3-509
and 10-3-510 at the request of the insurance department of the domiciliary state of
any foreign or alien insurer having property located in this state.
