§ 10-3-407 — Costs of direct supervision

Colorado·Title 10 Insurance·Art. Regulation of Insurance Companies
All costs incident to the services of direct supervision shall be determined by the commissioner, and all reasonable costs so determined shall be a charge against the assets and funds of the insurance company so directly supervised.
