§ 10-3-403 — Scope of part 4

Colorado·Title 10 Insurance·Art. Regulation of Insurance Companies
In addition to, and not to the exclusion of, any remedies or powers otherwise available to him, the commissioner may elect to take action against any insurance company formed or incorporated under the laws of this state or doing business in this state, whether authorized or not, which commits or suffers a delinquency according to the provisions of this part 4.
