§ 10-3-1403 — Authority of commissioner
The commissioner may establish,
and from time to time amend, such regulations as are necessary to enable the
commissioner to regulate risk retention groups and purchasing groups in this state
to the extent permitted by the federal Liability Risk Retention Act of 1986 and
pursuant to the provisions of the laws of the state of Colorado.
