Text
(1)The exchange shall
conduct a survey in collaboration with the division that addresses the experience of
consumers who purchased the standardized health benefit plan established
pursuant to section 10-16-1304. The survey must be completed on or before January
1, 2026.
(2)This section is repealed, effective July 1, 2026.
