Text
(1)An insurance producer
licensee shall promptly notify the commissioner, on a form prescribed by the
commissioner, of any change that will require amending a license to reflect that
change, including without limitation a legal change of the licensee's name, a
change of address, or change or removal of a trade name. The commissioner may
require the licensee to furnish any documents necessary to verify any change and
to properly amend the license.
(2)Repealed.
