Text
(1)Prelicensure education as set forth in section 10-2-201 shall not be required of an
individual who is:
(a)Applying to reinstate a canceled or expired resident insurance producer
license in this state when such license has been inactive for one year or less;
(b)Applying for temporary license authority under section 10-2-410;
(c)Applying for a resident insurance producer license in this state, was
previously licensed in his or her former resident state, and has completed or
satisfied prelicensure education as required by that state pertinent to the line or
lines of insurance applied for in Colorado;
(d)Applying for a nonresident license in this state pertinent to the line or
lines of authority held in the producer's home state.
