Text
Pursuant to the provisions of
article 4 of title 24, C.R.S., the commissioner may promulgate reasonable rules for
the implementation and administration of the provisions of this article. The
commissioner may contract with any party for the purpose of performing any
ministerial duty required of the commissioner under this article. All reasonable
charges and expenses of such contractors shall be paid directly to the contractors
by licensees.
