§ 10-2-102 — Scope - applicability
This article governs the qualifications and
procedures for the licensing of insurance producers. This article is intended to
simplify and organize some statutory language to improve efficiency, permit the
use of new technology, and reduce costs associated with issuing, continuing, and
renewing insurance licenses.
