Text
In addition to any other applicable penalties for
violations of this title, the commissioner may order insurers violating any provision
of this article or regulations promulgated pursuant to this article to cease
marketing any medicare supplement policy or certificate in this state, which policy
or certificate is related directly or indirectly to a violation, may order such insurers
to take such actions as are necessary to comply with the provisions of this article,
or may make both such orders.
