Text
Every insurer,
health-care service plan, or other entity providing medicare supplement insurance
or benefits in this state that advertises medicare supplement insurance shall
provide the commissioner a written copy of the medicare supplement
advertisement used in this state. If there is a complaint filed about a radio or
television advertisement, the commissioner may request an audio or video
recording from those entities.
