§ 10-16-424 — Commissioner's authority to contract
The commissioner, in
carrying out his or her obligations pursuant to sections 10-16-402 (1)(b) and 10-16-417 (1), may contract with qualified persons concerning the determinations required
to be made by the commissioner.
