§ 10-16-414 — Regulation of agents
The commissioner may, after notice and
hearing, promulgate such reasonable rules and regulations as are necessary to
provide for the licensing of agents. An agent means a person directly or indirectly
associated with a health-care plan who engages in solicitation or enrollment.
