Text
The provisions of
article 18 of this title shall apply to corporations organized pursuant to the
provisions of this part 3. On and after July 1, 1983, no corporation subject to the
provisions of part 1 of this article and this part 3 shall deliver or issue for delivery in
this state any subscription certificate or membership certificate intended as a
medicare supplement policy, as defined in section 10-18-101, or any endorsement,
rider, or application which becomes a part thereof, until a copy of the form and of
the premium rates or dues pertaining thereto have been filed with the
commissioner, nor shall any such certificate endorsement, rider, or application be
used until the expiration of thirty days after the filing thereof, unless the
commissioner sooner gives written approva
