When the annual statement
of a corporation subject to the provisions of part 1 of this article and this part 3 has
been filed and all fees due from the corporation have been tendered, the
corporation's certificate of authority to do business in this state shall automatically
be extended until such time as the commissioner refuses to relicense such
corporation, and when the fee involved in the renewal of an enrollment
representative's license has been tendered by the corporation, or the individual
representative, the license shall automatically be extended until such time as the
commissioner refuses to renew such license.
