§ 10-16-306 — Contracts - benefits for long-term care insurance
Corporations
subject to the provisions of part 1 of this article and this part 3 may enter into
contracts for the rendering of long-term care insurance, as defined in section 10-19-103 (5), on behalf of any of their subscribers. Such contracts shall comply with
article 19 of this title.
