Text
(1)A carrier shall not:
(a)Deny or alter benefits otherwise available to a covered individual with a
terminal disease based on the availability of medical aid-in-dying pursuant to article
48 of title 25.
(b)Attempt to coerce an individual with a terminal disease to make a request
for medical aid-in-dying medication.
