Text
(1)A third party that violates this part 15
engages in an unfair or deceptive act or practice in the business of insurance under
section 10-3-1104 (1)(tt), and the act of the third party that violates this part 15 is
void and unenforceable.
(2)The commissioner may adopt rules as necessary to implement this part
15.
