Text
Notwithstanding section 24-1-136 (11)(a)(I), the commissioner shall report to the business affairs and labor
committee of the house of representatives and the business, labor, and technology
committee of the senate, or any successor committees, no later than October 1,
2004, and every October 1 thereafter. The report shall be an indication of the
number, nature, and outcome of complaints against insurers during the preceding
twelve months.
