(1)A cooperative shall
use appropriate, efficient, and standardized means to notify members and
prospective members and their eligible employees of the availability of sponsored
health-care coverage from the cooperative.
(2)A cooperative shall make available to members and prospective members
and their eligible employees marketing materials that accurately summarize the
health benefit plans that are offered by its licensed provider networks, licensed
individual providers, and other carriers, and rates, costs, and accreditation
