Text
(1)Whenever the
commissioner has reasonable cause to believe that any person is violating any
provision of this article or any rule or order promulgated pursuant to this article, the
commissioner may:
(a)In the name of the people of the state of Colorado, through the attorney
general, apply for an injunction in any court of competent jurisdiction to perpetually
enjoin such person from committing any act prohibited by this article; or
(b)After notice and hearing pursuant to sections 24-4-104 and 24-4-105,
C.R.S., issue an order to cease and desist the act or acts violating any provision of
this article. A copy of the cease-and-desist order shall be furnished to each party.
