Text
(1)Each insurance
company licensed to do business in this state and engaged in the writing of
malpractice insurance for licensed podiatrists shall send to the Colorado podiatry
board, in the form prescribed by the commissioner, information relating to each
malpractice claim against a licensed podiatrist that is settled or in which judgment
is rendered against the insured.
(2)Such information shall include any information deemed necessary by the
Colorado podiatry board to conduct a further investigation and hearing.
