Text
Each insurance company
licensed to do business in this state and engaged in the writing of insurance for
plumbers shall send within ninety days to the examining board of plumbers, in the
form prescribed by the commissioner, information relating to each malpractice
claim against a licensed plumber that is settled or in which judgment is rendered
against the insured.
