(1)Nothing in this part 6 shall
be construed to prohibit the issuance of policies providing coverages more
extensive than the minimum coverage required by section 10-4-620, nor to require
the segregation of such minimum coverage from other coverages in the same
policy. However, loss statistics as to bodily injury liability and property damage
liability shall be kept separately for rating purposes, and such statistics shall be
filed with the commissioner each year.
(2)On and after January 1, 2005, all insurers shall offer collision coverage for
damage to insured motor vehicles subject to deductibles of one hundred dollars
and two hundred fifty dollars. Insurers may offer such other reasonable deductibles
as they deem appropriate. Collision coverage shall provide insurance withou
