Text
No assignment of wages not
already earned at the time of the assignment and no assignment of any other sum
to become due to the assignor shall be valid as against any creditor of the assignor
who has not had actual notice of the assignment at the time the same is made
unless the same is recorded with the recorder of the county wherein such wages
are to be earned or such sums are to become due within five days from date
thereof.
