§ 8-1-105 — Offices and supplies
The division shall have offices in the city and
county of Denver and at such other places in the state as the executive director of
the department may direct. The division shall be provided with suitable office space
by the office of state planning and budgeting. The division is authorized to procure
all necessary office furniture, stationery, books, periodicals, maps, instruments,
apparatus, appliances, and other supplies and incur such other expenses as
necessary, and the same shall be paid for in the same manner as other expenses
authorized by law. The director or any deputy or referee of the division may hold
sessions at any place other than the city and county of Denver when the
convenience of the director, deputy, referee, or parties interested requires.
