Text
It is the duty of all officers
and employees of the state, counties, and municipalities, upon request of the
director, to enforce in their respective departments all lawful orders of the director,
insofar as the same may be applicable and consistent with the general duties of
such officers and employees. It is also their duty to make such reports as the
director may require concerning matters within their knowledge pertaining to the
purposes of this article and to furnish to the division such facts, data, statistics, and
information as may from time to time come to them pertaining to the purposes of
this article and the duties of the division thereunder, and particularly all information
coming to their knowledge respecting the condition of all places of employment
