§ 8-88-103 — Appropriation - gifts, grants, and donations
The general
assembly shall appropriate money from the fund or from any other available source
to the department for use by the CDOO for the purposes specified in this article 88.
The CDOO may seek, accept, and expend gifts, grants, or donations from private or
public sources for the purposes of this article 88.
