Text
The department shall
cooperate with the federal government in carrying out the purposes of any federal
statutes pertaining to the purposes of this article, including the licensing of blind
persons to operate vending stands on federal property. The department may adopt
by rule methods of administration that are reasonably required by the federal
government for the proper and efficient operation of the agreements with the
federal government and to comply with the conditions necessary to secure the full
benefits of the federal statutes.
