Text
As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1)Department means the department of labor and employment created in
section 24-1-121, C.R.S.
(2)Person with a disability means a person who has a physical or mental
impairment that constitutes or results in a substantial impediment to employment,
and who can benefit in terms of an employment outcome from the provision of
vocational rehabilitation services.
(3)Vocational rehabilitation services means those services described in
section 103 of the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Public Law 93-112, as
amended.
