Text
(1)In accordance with the
federal act, the governor shall submit to the federal government a state plan that
outlines a four-year strategy for the Colorado work force development program
that meets the requirements of the federal act. In addition to the plan requirements
specified in the federal act, the state plan must be based upon and consistent with
the local plans submitted to the governor pursuant to section 8-83-208. The details
of the state plan must be in accordance with federal law.
(2)and (3) Repealed.
