Text
(1)Moneys credited to the
account of the state of Colorado in the federal unemployment trust fund pursuant
to section 903 of the federal Social Security Act may be requisitioned only for
payment of the costs incurred by the division for administration of the provisions of
articles 70 to 82 of this title, and for benefits. Such administrative costs shall be
expended only pursuant to specific appropriations made by the general assembly
and only if such costs are incurred and requisitions made therefor after enactment
of an appropriation act.
(2)Any appropriation act enacted shall:
(a)Specify the amount of money appropriated and the purpose for which
appropriated; and
