§ 8-77-106 — Unemployment revenue fund

(1)There is hereby created the unemployment revenue fund, to which shall be credited all interest collected by the division on delinquent premiums or surcharges pursuant to the provisions of section 8-79-101, all penalties collected by the division pursuant to sections 8-79-104 (1)(a) and (1)(c) and 8-81-101 (4)(a)(II), all remaining moneys in the federal advance interest repayment fund after all known interest charges and associated administrative costs pursuant to section 8-77-103 have been paid pursuant to section 8-77-108 (3), and all investigative costs collected by the division pursuant to section 8-81-101
(4)(a)(III).
