Text
(1)An individual
shall be eligible to receive extended benefits with respect to any week of
unemployment in his eligibility period only if the division finds that with respect to
such week:
(a)He is an exhaustee;
(b)He has satisfied the requirements of articles 70 to 82 of this title for the
receipt of regular benefits that are applicable to individuals claiming extended
benefits, including not being subject to a disqualification for the receipt of benefits;
and
(c)He files his interstate claim from a state in which there is an extended
benefits state on indicator. If he files his interstate claim from a state in which
there is an extended benefits state off indicator, he shall be paid for not more
than the first two weeks in which extended benefits are payable in an inters
